feat: add lab management layout, barcode generation, and dental education page

- Redesign lab management tab with patient search table and action buttons
- Add react-barcode integration: generates CODE128 barcode from patient name with print and download support
- Add Dental Education page and sidebar entry between Cloud Storage and AI Input Agent
