Gitead 305a07874d fix: add selenium-settings-card.jsx and wire it into settings-page.jsx ...

selenium-settings-card.jsx didn't exist and settings-page.jsx was missing
the import and case "selenium" handler, so the Selenium settings section
was invisible on other PCs running the .jsx files.
