- Chatbot: submitting with only a screenshot attached (no text) now triggers the same
"AI Detect & Check Eligibility" flow as the Copy Agent page
- detect-eligibility-info now also extracts the visible insurance payer name and picks
Tufts SCO auto-check when both Sun Life and DentaQuest are detected, else MassHealth
- Chatbot-attached files are now handed off to both claim and preauth forms unconditionally,
not just claims
- TuftsSCO preauth Selenium worker: verify-and-retry the Tooth field (typing was silently
getting reset by duplicate-procedure-code warning banners), add a final re-verification
pass across all rows, fix acknowledgement-checkbox targeting/verification, and verify
the "Next step" click actually advances the wizard instead of trusting a blind click
Adds an optional Provider (NPI) select to the Edit Appointment form,
sourced from Settings > NPI Providers. The AI "Claim for Column" batch
flow now prefers the appointment's own provider when resolving which
provider Selenium should select on the insurance site (e.g. MassHealth
rendering provider dropdown), falling back to the existing per-procedure
selection, active claim, or first configured provider.
Also resyncs packages/db's committed compiled schema/client artifacts
with their .ts sources — they had drifted out of sync (some untouched
since July), which was silently stripping the new npiProviderId field
via stale .strict() zod schemas.

Adds a new Settings → Advanced → Selenium Settings page where the office
name (paymentGroupId) used in United/DentalHub portal dropdowns can be
configured without touching code. Previously hardcoded as "Summit Dental
Care"; now injected from DB into the three United workers at job dispatch.

template form with sections (Template Name / Lab Info / Case Details)
- RX popup: Tooth Number, Shade, Due Date, Doctor (from NPI providers),
Instructions pre-filled with "Please make / Thank you!", print output
- lab-rx-templates.ts config file for future git-managed additions

comma-separated tooth numbers (e.g. "post/core on #23, 24, 25, 26")

Adds a toggle behind the Go button on the Payments page to automatically run the MH batch payment check on a user-selected day of week and hour. Default is off.
- Schema: added autoMhCheckEnabled, autoMhCheckDayOfWeek, autoMhCheckHour to User model
- Backend: new mhBatchPaymentService (shared logic), GET/PUT /auto-mh-check-setting routes, hourly cron job that fires on matching day+hour
- Frontend: toggle + day select (Mon–Sun) + time select (hourly) that persist immediately to DB
Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The auto-import wipes the database, destroying the cronJobLog record
created at the start of the job. Now duration is calculated from a
local variable instead of querying the DB, and if the record is gone
a fresh log entry is created in the restored database.

- AI chat extracts 'with provider <name>' and routes claim to that provider
- Claim form reads provider from sessionStorage before any async effects run,
preventing saved claim/procedure data from overriding the chatbot selection

reorder buttons; Provider #1 is always the default for claims
- Default provider now uses sortOrder instead of hardcoded 'Mary Scannell'
- Added sortOrder column to NpiProvider schema with migration

patient pool. Previously each user only saw patients they created.

- After importing a backup, run prisma migrate deploy so any schema
migrations the backup is missing are applied automatically. This
prevents pages from failing due to missing tables/columns when the
backup was taken on an older version of the app.
- Force logout and redirect to login after a successful restore so the
JWT is refreshed against the restored database (prevents userId
mismatch causing user-scoped queries to return empty results).
- Fix getTotalPatientCount() in /status route to pass userId so it
counts only the current user's patients instead of all patients.
- Add prisma.$connect() after $disconnect() to ensure a clean reconnect.

patient, creates Payment + ServiceLines with ICN per procedure

Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- Add updatedAt field to Patient model (DB migration via raw SQL + db:generate)
- Fix DDMA name extraction: read from detail page "Name:" label, not search
results row text which included appended dates

that was saving the search results page instead of the patient detail page

- Handle "Last, First" comma format and single-word last names in splitName
- Normalize insuranceId consistently in createOrUpdatePatientByInsuranceId
- Fix OTP persistent session: stop clearing LocalStorage/IndexedDB on startup
(these hold the DDMA device trust token that skips OTP on subsequent logins)
