GiteadandClaude Sonnet 5 59f064583a feat: AI Type Agent - vision-based Open Dental automation via Windows agent 
Adds a Windows-side agent (screenshot/click/type over HTTP) plus backend
services to locate UI elements via vision and drive an existing-patient
appointment flow in Open Dental, wired into the Copy/Type Agent page and
socket progress updates.

ffandClaude Sonnet 4.6 816d9e0ee7 feat: make Cloudflare host configurable per office via env 
Each office sets VITE_CLOUDFLARE_HOST and CLOUDFLARE_HOST in their
local .env files instead of hardcoding the subdomain in source code.
